The products I received from Artistic de Mexico were of average quality. While they looked nice in the pictures, I found the actual items to be a bit underwhelming. The craftsmanship was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, they were just okay. The customer service was satisfactory, and the delivery was prompt. I may consider giving them another try in the future, but I wasn't overly impressed with my first purchase.
