Yup... hated it. You can't get through on the phone. The communications are one way if there are any at all. The funds are so delayed, I am not surprised people are on the street! I am still waiting for the form to fill out from July!!! and it is the end of November... yes same year...ha!
I agree - the persons who work in this system are doing themselves and CA a disservice and the ones at the top should all have to go through the process!!
