Many people waiting to be received. I arrived and there were 6 people lining up in a corridor without respecting distance because space is limited. In the waiting room 2 people without a chinstrap drinking mate. We did see the person at the reception but when I left to attend to me the situation was still the same. They should review their protocols and respect them so as not to put themselves at risk. A pity because it was always a place with excellent professionals.
