Dear PostNL,

Dear PostNL,
Both your Facebook page and the Google review page are FULL of the complaints. Your average rating on Google with only 1 star (ie the lowest possible).
And yet you continue to reply in a friendly manner "send me the 3S code and then we will take a look at you". Eventually, a vague message follows hours later that you as a customer can not continue with. Outrageous that someone has to be paid to be so useless. Shame on you!

The problem is clearly not in the individual shipments, but there are serious problems with your company. Packages are lost, drivers drive by, delivery times are hours apart.
