Customer Service was excellent, Sales Rep Matt went the extra mile to help and to make sure we were a satisfied customer. A++. Finance proces with Greg, worst nightmare ever. 2 weeks later, still trying to fix the huge mess he created. He lost some of our paperwork, including our agreed purchase price which was sign my 3 people. Somehow, They also lost the $250 gas certificate I was issued for making an appointment with the eteam. When I called to ask about the different issues, I was told that since the deal was already funded and they lost the paperwork, there was nothing they can do. Dealership manager would not return my call, I left numerous messages for Greg, no return call either. I asked for finance manager to complain about Greg, no return call either. If you go to this dealership to buy, make sure it is not handle by Greg, run very fast if he tries to "help"
