Non Responsive, Unwilling to answer calls, or return messages. I paid off my account early. Obtained a final payoff. No one in the finance department would take my calls. I was told by the operator to drive in, I reside in GA, or fax in the information. I sent in the fax's and no respond now my account information is sitting on a fax machine for all to view and ignore. I was than transferred to Morgan answering service. Morgan whom advised they were not able to assist. I called back and the Receptionist continues to send me to the same company.
