I recently had the opportunity to work with a company specializing in deaerator solutions and I must say, I had an average experience with them. Their website, sterlingdeaerator.com, provided a good amount of information about their products and services. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. It often took a significant amount of time for them to respond to my inquiries and I felt that the communication could have been more efficient. On a positive note, the quality of their deaerator equipment was decent and met my requirements. The installation process went smoothly, although I wished they had provided more guidance throughout.
