I recently stayed at a hotel that was not Budget Suites of America, and the experience was terrible. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the room was dirty and poorly maintained. I will never stay there again. However, I have stayed at Budget Suites in the past and I have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
