I recently had the opportunity to hire a trucking company for a delivery, and after exploring several options, I decided to go with Chavez Trucking. Overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about their services. However, the customer service was lacking. I had some questions that needed clarification, but it took quite a while to get a response. The delivery itself was punctual, which was a relief, but the communication regarding the delivery status could have been better. The pricing was reasonable, but not exceptional. What impressed me the most was the professionalism of the drivers. They were friendly and handled the delivery with care. In conclusion, Chavez Trucking is an average company with room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication.
