I recently ordered some cookies from the company's website and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good variety of cookie options to choose from. The ordering process was straightforward and I appreciated the clear instructions for customization. However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall quality of the cookies. While they looked appealing, they tasted just average and lacked the homemade flavor I was expecting. Additionally, the packaging could have been better as some of the cookies arrived slightly damaged. Despite these shortcomings, the delivery was prompt and the customer service was responsive when I reached out with my concerns. In the end, while the cookies did not exceed my expectations, they also did not completely disappoint.
