I sold my home in under a week and for $15k over asking. Here is a summery of my experience.

1. Professional: Omer corrected several mistake which the buyer's realtors made. He filled in their gaps in knowledge and corrected the mistakes before any paperwork was signed.

2. knowledgeable: As soon as Omer walked into my house he recognised it and its floor plan and its evolution from the builder.

3. Expert Negotiation: 15K over asking; need I say more

4. Honest: this is the most important aspect for me, whereas the buyer's realtor contradicted himself (ie. he lied) Omer was honest throughout the entire process. THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT IN A REALTOR!
