Completely unprofessional. I have asked for a quotation and been promised that I will receive it within 30 minutes... I ended up calling many days in a raw, just to get as an answer "just wait mam, our colleague will contact you with the quotation." Eventually, I called again and been told that the girl is on leave for the day and the person who answered was sarcastically laughing. I believe if you can't offer a service, at least say it so whoever contacts you, won't merely lose time.
