I took my 2015 Durango RT in for service and Kayla was my Service Advisor. Long story short, I bought my car used at a different dealership where I also purchased an extended warranty. Come to find out, there was a clause, I didn't know about, where I could or could not take my car for service and it still be covered. Kayla went out of her way, making multiple phone calls over 3 days, to make sure my car was covered. She kept me informed every step of the way and really made sure I was taken care of. I couldn't be happier with my experience, THANK YOU KAYLA!!
