Fair warning to anyone who is considering using their beach services, homeowner or renter. They will remove your/your renter's personal belongings from the chairs and place them in the "box" if a person is not using the chairs - ex. if you place towels/belongings on the chairs first thing in the morning and then leave and do not come back by 10 am, your towels/belongings will be removed and the chair will be assigned to a different person. I was told by the Okaloosa Island Beach Manager that he would rather remove people's belongings and place them in the "box" then go get more chairs from the warehouse. As he said the chairs are his property and he can do whatever he wants with them....yeah, why not.
