This was my experience with 36 family group,
Avoid family barrister mr Robbin and clerk Lucinda at 36 lawyers firm. i have been treated with discrimination and disrespect. Even though i spend 10k with them. my barrister told me on FDR that he is not capable of my case For final hearing. This is just wast time and money. Further more

Last November afer FDR hearing. I made my complain about my barrister not done his job and overcharge me, plus he ask me why don t i work in Asda or something !??? . ..( he knows i am a professional artist and don t get salary every month) i was deeply shocked.
I made a complain. From 2018 Nov-end Feb 2019 and Ms Lucinda the clerk without been present to the committees, i fed up with waiting and been lied to by her kept telling me every time she will speak to mr Robbin about the complain but never happened , i called and email 20 times to Lucinda, the excuses still the same she could not find time to speak to barrister mr Robbin about the complain and refund.
until i got to senior clerk Danny on February and he then tell me he will present this to committee but takes time. Seriously i had enough of their delay tactic and i just accept the small offering as refund.

I am on the divorce case is stressful enough, got discrimination and lies at is just unacceptable. I hope the senior clerk will regulate his jounior clerk for not doing her job. As well for barrister Mr I Robbin- i will said anyone wants to use him and is not born in uk in the right class beaware of this problem.
Chose your barrister and chamber wisely....
