My experience with U-next group has been both positive and negative. The positive aspect is that their products are of good quality. However, their customer service needs improvement. There have been instances when I faced issues, and the response from their support team was not satisfactory. Nevertheless, I appreciate the effort they put into resolving the problems. I hope they work on enhancing their customer support for a better overall experience.
