They were friendly and knowledgable. Showed where I could benefit from more insulation and with a large fan mounted in the outside door looked for air leaks through the house. Actually provided door sweeps , draft stopping seals also.I received 4 free LED light bulbs with the option to buy more for $5.00 each(which for that price we did). There was no pressure to buy anything from them and best of all, if you live in Norwich, its free. The Norwich DPU paid for the service. Thanks
