I recently joined Power Yoga Plus and have been enjoying it so far. The instructors are knowledgeable and offer helpful adjustments throughout the class. The studio has a calming environment. The only thing I would suggest is expanding the variety of class formats. Overall, it's been a positive experience and I look forward to continuing my practice at Power Yoga Plus.
