My loan was transferred here and I have been on hold for 29 minutes and 20 seconds. I received my new loan number after I made the 5/1/19 payment and it has not posted to my account yet, because the payment was made with the former loan#. Hard to deal with and have $$ that have not been allocated to my mortgage account. Frustrating to say the least.
