The recent experience I had with a funeral home was quite disappointing. While the arrangements were handled adequately, I felt that there was a lack of personal touch. The staff seemed distant and uninterested in making the process any easier for our family. Additionally, the pricing seemed excessive compared to other funeral homes in the area. Overall, it was a mediocre experience at best.
