I had a mixed experience with Mantra properties and developers. The customer service representatives were friendly and helpful, but the overall quality of the construction left something to be desired. I encountered several issues with the plumbing system, and it took multiple calls to get them resolved. The location of the property is great though, with easy access to schools, shopping centers, and public transportation. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
