I had a mixed experience with Tuttle Cameras. While the website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth, the customer service left something to be desired. It took quite a while to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. The product itself was satisfactory, but I expected better customer support. I hope Tuttle Cameras improves in this area in the future.
