I had a mixed experience with Thorpe Michael Real Estate. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was attentive to my needs throughout the buying process. However, I did encounter some issues with communication, as it took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
