I have been banking with Link Federal Credit Union for some time now, and I must say, they are not as good as they claim to be. Their customer service is lacking, and I often find myself waiting in long queues just to get assistance. Additionally, their website is not user-friendly and can be difficult to navigate. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your banking needs.
