I went upstairs into the main living area and noticed my house was hot - but i could hear the fan running in the central air - so I looked at the unit outside and the fan wasn't running. I called Maureen immediately and she went through a few steps to trouble shoot - and said that she could have someone here between 6pm and 9pm (I have their Gold Service package) and then she called me back less than 5 minutes later to say a tech was on his way. He arrived in 20 minutes - and had my A/C up and running in less than 15 minutes! (and its not even 6pm yet!) If you want seriously great service - I don't know anyone else that would get that done that quickly!! I don't have to cancel any evening plans and all is well!! Thanks again to Central Cooling & Heating
