Oh my gosh! What has happened to one of my favori...

Oh my gosh! What has happened to one of my favorite places on the planet! I have been going to the bistro/cafe for some 20+ years, through thick and thin. Went twice this week and the first time (evening) the wait staff was slow, forgetful and just plain uninterested in customer service. OK, I thought it might have been a bad night or one bad server. Two days later, and the experience (at lunch) was worse. Waited forever, had to ask 2-3 times for everything (including water!). Ordering hot tea was a debacle. The waiter brought us a written note (complete with tape where he had pulled it off the wall) with the teas that were available. He then decided to bring us a torn styrofoam bowl with our tea "options." It must have been someone's private tea stash from the kitchen because it included unwrapped tea bags of unknown type AND packets of VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS (I am not kidding.) The soup was stone cold and had to be sent back and the brie was over baked. Oh, and our menus were so disgustingly dirty, I hate to think what the kitchen looks like ... Please fix the Bistro!
