the worst place where land if you're sick in rome.

the internal CUp (the reservation service) doesn't even know if an exam is available in the hospital. they gave me the number of the specific laboratory. after five (5 - FIVE) days i managed to speak with a human being that works in the examination lab and she didn't even knew if the exam is available.

so she gave me a different number that is permanentrly busy (only two people askering the phone just for two hours/day).

i could expect problems from a private hospital run by priests, but this is just ridiculous. this is really a shame for a city like rome.
