As a first time homebuyer, Steve was great at walking me through the ins and outs of the mortgage process so that I knew what to expect with every step. He was attentive and always quick to respond to any questions I had, whether by phone or email. He managed to get me a mortgage rate that was lower than I was expecting or had seen through other lenders. These guys were incredibly professional, and I would highly recommend them as I plan to use them again next time around.
