I have been a customer of Prime Communications LLC for over 2 years and I must say, the service has been average. The website is easy to navigate and they have some good deals on phones and plans. However, I have had some issues with their customer service. It can be quite difficult to get ahold of someone and when I do, they are not always helpful. Overall, I would say it's an okay company but there is definitely room for improvement.
