Just finished a fantastic Pilates class at Pilates n harmony! The instructors are knowledgeable and provide personalized attention. The studio is clean, spacious, and has a serene atmosphere. I love how Pilates helps with my core strength and overall flexibility. Can't recommend this place enough!
