We did not see the castle or our room, reserved for more than a month for the wedding night. Marriage messed up when we announced at 8 pm answering that our room is unavailable due to water leak. We are offered a hotel in the center of Bordeaux, telling us that if you have a car it is not a problem. Except that if we had wanted to go to Bordeaux we would have clearly not booked at home. We chose them because they were next to our wedding reception and finally we ended up sleeping with family and friends instead of having an idyllic honeymoon night.
