I have mixed feelings about Prem la. While some aspects of their service were great, others were disappointing. The website was easy to use and had a good selection of products. However, the delivery took longer than expected and one of the items arrived damaged. The customer service team was responsive and offered a refund, but the hassle of returning the item was a bit frustrating. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in their logistics and quality control.
