The service provided by R.t.a. deutschland gmbh was average. I found their website rta-deutschland.de to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the overall experience could have been better. The customer support was not very responsive and it took them quite some time to address my queries. I hope they work on improving their communication and response time.
