I've been using the public transportation system in Cologne, and I must say I'm impressed with the quality of service provided. The buses and trams are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The ticket prices are reasonable, and the routes are well-planned. I would definitely recommend KVB to others.
