I would give a 0 star if I could. Placed order last week for two items they charged my credit card for both items yet cancelled half the order. The one piece is no good without the other. Called customer service still no RMA for the item I don't need and no credit back to my credit card for thwe item they cancelled
Poor business practices.
Customer service rep was polite but could not provide any answers to simple questions regarding business practices by the company. Stated they called but I explained I have no missed calls or voicemail Then was told they emailed me which was a flat out lie since I received nothing from them at all
Since I own a computer business and run a consulting firm regarding networking and computer related installations and ordering I will be notifying everyone that this company should not be dealt with.
My bank has been notified and if within 72 hours I have not recieved my credit I will be reporting them to the BBB of Florida and filing a formal complaint.
Stay away from Impact Computers very poor business practices
