I had an average experience with Schaeffer Family Homes. Their website was easy to navigate and I found some useful information about their homes. However, I was not impressed with their customer service. The representative I spoke with was not very knowledgeable and didn't seem interested in helping me. Overall, I would say my experience was just okay.
