I have been a customer of Celes sistemas informaticos for a few years now and I must say their services are average. While they do provide what they promise, their customer support could use some improvement. The response time is a bit slow and sometimes I feel like they don't fully understand my issues. However, their products are reliable and the overall experience is decent.
