For a 5 star hotel, I only give 2.
The room is nice, the cleanliness is at home, but my opinion is that it is suitable for 4 stars. I was in a 4 star hotel which was more.
They are not customer oriented. The room for 2 people did not have complete hygiene sets (they were for one person), slippers for one person, bathrobe for one person. At the entrance to the bathroom I stepped on something sharp (it was a catch, as if it was called grep). Luckily the carpet was thicker and it didn't fit in my heel. The maid called a craftsman to resolve the situation. The man even said: why didn't they see when the reception took place? Apart from the two, someone else did not apologize and I mean someone above. Finally!
I had breakfast included. Now this covid is served a la carte. The thing is, the food leaves something to be desired. I ordered scrambled eggs and on the menu it was written that he prepares them as the client wants. Where from? I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
On the 2nd day I ordered a plate of salami and cheese to make sure I didn't fail. The dessert wasn't too delicious either. And the staff at my table, a guy, kind of careless.
For their reputation ....
