I have been a customer of The Energy Group for several years now and I must say it has been an average experience. The products and services they offer are decent, but nothing extraordinary. The website is easy to navigate and the customer support is responsive. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of product quality and pricing. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
