I have been to Northwick Park hospital for several weeks now visiting a sick relative. When I enter and leave the hospital there are smokers standing by the "no smoking sign" puffing away. I do not want to breath in cigarette smoke especially after I have been to see a relative who has been told they are dying and the reason is because they have smoked in the past. Surely they should be stopped from smoking in an area that we all have to go through.
