The overall experience with Twenty10 incorporating glcs nsw was average. The website twenty10.org.au was easy to navigate and provided useful information about the company. However, I found that the customer service was lacking in responsiveness. The staff seemed distracted and uninterested in addressing my concerns. There is definitely room for improvement in this area.
