I recently used Masotina's services and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was decent, but I expected more from a company of their size. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the delivery time was longer than anticipated and the packaging was not up to par. Overall, I would rate my experience with Masotina as average.
