I have been a customer of Cal micro, inc for over 3 years and I must say their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is straightforward. However, I have encountered a few issues with receiving the wrong products on a couple of occasions. The customer support team was helpful in resolving these issues, but it was still a hassle.
