I have purchased many cars from many dealerships over the years and absolutely hate the experience until Toyota of Knoxville. Riley greated me right away and was low key and allowed me to just look, he was with someone so Jared was given the difficult task of helping me decide on a vehicle. He is a friendly young manwho worked hard to not only sell a car but forge a relationship. He was professional, kind, and interested in making sure I got the car I liked, not just the one he wanted to sell. There was no tough negotiation tactics, finance was simple, no pushing of unnecessary warranty products, etc. And the lifetime warranty is no bullcrap, it is really what is advertised. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesmen.
