I have been living in an IRET Properties apartment for several years now and I must say, the experience has been overall positive. The maintenance team is quite efficient and always responds promptly to any issues. The management team is also friendly and approachable. Although there have been a few minor issues, they were resolved quickly. The rent is reasonable considering the amenities provided.
