As a CUSTOMER, I want to share my experience with New Direction Alaska. It was an average experience overall. The website, newdirectionak.org, provided a decent amount of information about their services. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The navigation on the website was not very user-friendly, and it took me a while to find what I was looking for. Additionally, some of the content on the website was outdated. Despite these shortcomings, the customer service I received was great. The team was responsive and helpful in addressing my queries. Overall, I would rate my experience with New Direction Alaska as average.
