On the third time the service here, disappointed, ...

On the third time the service here, disappointed, finished service there was a severe coak in the upper left front bumper, after complaints and responded well by Mr. Edy who promised to help. I'm waiting for further news.
Uh, it's not over there, there's another problem, the warranty & maintenance book along with the Honda extra care certificate apparently isn't in the car. Back again complaining inside, it turns out it was really still left at the location and had not been put into the car. I wonder what's with HAS today. Usually you can go home with a smile, not this time.
