Very unsatisfied! We bought property though Stratus Int. And received a property full of garbage and very dirty. It took us 5 days to remove all the stuff that the previous owners left. We have to contract a container to remove the garbage from the property, because it was more than 2000 kg! Stratus never gave us back compensation for that even when we complain about it. Moreover, the place has a lot of defects (wet walls, broken pipes, closed WCs, etc). We already spent more than 2 thousand euros in fixing things ...
