I started attending Commando Krav Maga Mexico a few months ago and I am extremely impressed with the quality of instruction and the practicality of the techniques taught. The instructors are experienced and dedicated, and they create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. The training sessions are intense but enjoyable, and I feel more confident and capable since joining this self-defense program.
