The service at Albany Upstate Dental PC is average. I found the staff to be friendly and professional, but the overall experience was just okay. The waiting time was a bit long, and the facilities could use some updating. However, the dentist did a good job on my teeth, and the prices were reasonable. I would consider going back if I couldn't find a better option elsewhere.
